Established in 2007. Located at 5 Villages, Vu Hoa Commune, Kien Xuong District, Thai binh Province. Starting with 65 workers from May 2007. A 3-line factory running from Jan 2009 with 120 workers. Till March 2017, Newly- built facility  located in 5 Villages, Vu Hoa Commune, Kien Xuong District, Thai binh Province. The factory area is over 9,000 square meters.
